Please read this document carefully before using any n88 service. By registering or logging in to your account, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and n88 ("Platform"). Any use of the platform after the date these terms are updated shall be deemed acceptance of all changes made.

1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the n88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by n88. By accessing or using any part of the n88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use n88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
  • Not be on any self-exclusion list of any gambling operator or problem gambling protection programme.

  • Never have been declared bankrupt or be undergoing any insolvency proceedings related to personal debt.

N88 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted one active account at n88. Registering more than one account under the same user — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
  • All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Inaccurate or false information may result in account termination.
  • All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to n88.
  • n88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account protection.

4. Deposits and Payments

N88 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 for e-wallet and FPX methods.

  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as your n88 account.
  • Third-party deposits will not be accepted and the funds will be returned to the original source.
  • n88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees incurred are from your own bank or payment provider.
  • n88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of the security verification process.

All deposit transactions at n88 are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored on n88's servers — each payment session uses a secure temporary token.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your n88 account are subject to the following conditions, which must be fully complied with:

  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account in the same user's name.
  • The KYC verification process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.

  • n88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes if required.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained unlawfully, including through money laundering or fraud, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by n88 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the respective promotional terms.

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage.
  • n88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n88 platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

  • Registering more than one account or sharing an account with another user.
  • Using software, bots, or automated scripts to play or exploit the gaming system.
  • Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
  • Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
  • Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your true location in order to access services from a restricted jurisdiction.
  • Using another person's payment method without valid authorization.
  • Any attempt to exploit technical errors or software bugs in games for unfair advantage.

N88 uses a sophisticated real-time monitoring system to detect and investigate any suspicious activity. All accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Failure by third-party service providers such as banks or payment providers that causes transaction delays.
  • Financial losses incurred as a result of platform usage beyond the limits set by the user themselves.
  • Any consequences arising from inaccurate or false information provided by the user during registration or verification.

In all circumstances, n88's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the n88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation before any further action is taken.
